We begin with a 60-minute Zoom consultation to align on your vision, followed by ongoing coordination as your trip is designed and confirmed.

You will receive a fully organized digital Travel Joy itinerary with all confirmations and details in one place for easy access while traveling.
Custom planning fees start at $1,500 and vary based on the complexity of the trip and number of travelers.
For travelers who prefer to book on their own but want expert guidance and a professionally designed plan. I create a personalized, day-by-day itinerary with curated recommendations for accommodations, experiences, and dining, tailored to your travel style.
This is a collaborative process where I work with you to refine your plans, review flights, and ensure a seamless itinerary flow while guiding you on the best experiences in each destination.
We begin with a 60-minute Zoom consultation to align on your vision, followed by ongoing communication as your itinerary is developed. Once complete, we will meet for a final review so you feel confident and prepared before departure.

A limited number of itinerary design clients are accepted each month. If you choose to upgrade to Concierge Travel Planning, 50% of your fee may be applied toward your planning service.
